My wife and I were on our first big overseas trip. Needed to wash and dry clothes. Owner said dryer couldn’t be used that night but if we left clothes overnight they would be washed and dried ready to pick up next night. When we went to collect the clothes, not only were they washed and dried, but they had been folded and separated. Were so impressed in their help and the job they did. Will use them next time we come to London!

I had a lovely experience here last week and will be returning weekly. We have just moved into the area and don’t have a dryer in our flat. Given the cold temperatures, a dryer is quite important and SUDS has been super reliable for me. Clothes get cleaned and come back super fresh and folded. I will be back!

I recently visited SUDS dry cleaning Launderette, and I was thoroughly impressed by the service! The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure to address all my concerns. My clothes came back looking spotless, fresh, and perfectly pressed. They even managed to remove some stubborn stains I thought would never come out. The turnaround time was quick, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of service. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient dry cleaning service.

Amazing customer service and even better stain removal!! I took two dresses which were slight discoloured from a holiday with lots of suncream and both dresses look brand new again! They were even able to remove an old blood stain! Will definitely use again!!

Excellent and friendly service. My dryer is broken so I went to have my clothes dried and the service I received is excellent . The staff nicely fold my clothes .

I left Vanish on 2 pairs of white jeans too long (don’t do it!!) and to my horror they turned yellow after washing. No online tip would rectify the situation so fearing they’d been permanently bleached, I took them to Suds. Fawad said he’d try his best and spent a whole day tending to them. They are now as good as new. So pleased; highly recommend!

I’ve had items dry cleaned and repaired with Ahmad and his team and they always provide an amazing service. Pick up and drop off is seamless, the items come back in perfect condition and the price is very reasonable for this area. I could not be happier with their communication and customer service, Ahmad goes above and beyond to deliver a great experience.

Been a customer for over 10 years! Good friendly team who do a great job, and they do it fast. One unique selling point is they’re open till late in the evening, so you can easily pick up after work as well.

I informed Fawad that I would be taking a picture of him once I was on the public highway, and his words were to the effect of ‘I don’t care, do it.’ Was polite and calm in my dealings with him, and if you look carefully at the picture uploaded, he even poses for the photograph. In any case the image wasn’t captured from private premises of private premises, whereby a degree of privacy would be expected. Rather the image was taken from the public highway, of the shop which was accessible to the public. With regards to your assertion regarding reviews, a cursory glance of the 1 Star reviews corroborates my own experience. Given how easy it is for business owners to manipulate the rating system, usually barring vexatious reviews that are normally apparent, the lower reviews in general give an overall view of the business. Your responses which you’re at liberty to make do show how you operate with unduly onerous terms and conditions. You claim to a right to increase prices without notice , which is your prerogative , however misleading practices can be sanctioned by Trading Standards. If you’re a different entity to Fawad, under vicarious liability you’re still responsible for his conduct on the premises. He was changing the rules and prices as he went along. There was no clear price structure or explanation of terms & conditions, especially when he attempted to induce me to sign up for the membership. I do not accept your apology as being genuine, and your lengthy response has required a likewise response from myself. I am a honest reviewer and seek to help consumers make an informed choice based upon my own experiences with businesses. Both my review, your response and my counter reply are in the public domain for people to make their own minds up. My understanding is I haven’t violated any privacy laws , but you are at liberty to take whichever actions you deem appropriate. My advice would be to have clear up front pricing displayed in-store rather than appear to make it up off the cuff. In addition there’s no need to highlight overheads to Customers.* Review Below. I am currently comfortably sitting in a different launderette waiting for my clothes to dry whilst I relay this despicable man’s deceitful greedy nature. Folks let me introduce you to Mr Fawad who incorporates a third world style system where he makes the prices and rules up as he goes along, tailoring the rules as he deems fit. Popped in to use the self-service wash and dry for a small/medium load of washing and the snake oil salesman tells me it will cost me £24. Told him I’m not a tourist. He proceeds to tell me to become a member ‘Brudarr’ thus unlocking supposed ‘member rates.’ – Only came in to wash a small load of clothes, turning into a interactive 1980’s computer game, with the unlocking of rates. Ask him how much membership is, am told it’s £10. Ask him how much the wash & dry will be on top of this once i’m a ‘Member’ told another £10. Thankfully we didn’t advance to membership initiation rules, rituals or ceremonies. Weighed it up – Need the clothes for work next day. – No longer live in London so don’t have access to a washing machine any longer. Decide fair enough despite him charging me slightly more than Double what I would pay elsewhere. Tell him to go for it, to then be told membership doesn’t begin until the next day !!! My man’s got a manual ledger he inputs the data into, after I point this out to him he picks up a tablet and says he will transfer it to that and it will be digital hence why even if you purchase membership today it doesn’t take effect until tomorrow. Oh dear. Very sneaky, no doubt all the glowing reviews are from his own friends or unaware tourists. Check out the 1 Star reviews for honest reviews about this dishonest business. Popped into Bobo’s Bubbles launderette and paid £5 for the self service wash and £3 for 30 minutes of drying. No doubt some of Bobo Bubbles low reviews are from this parasite.

I always come back to SUDS even though I no longer live in the area. Great service especially on fixes – design and execution are always perfect. For shoes and leather goods, Mr. Pedro is the only one I trust!
