- As part of our careful inspection process, our team member will check for stains on your clothes and will pre-treat them before your garment goes through the dry-cleaning process
- We will also check for forgotten items left in pockets and check the lining, including pocket linings, for rips, holes, and tears.
- If your garment is vintage or has very delicate features or embellishments, such as delicate buttons or trims, our specialist cleaner will either cover or remove them to prevent any damage during the cleaning process
- We provide Free pressing or steaming of the fabric in case there are any wrinkles or creases.
- We provide Free Laundry bags and Free Unique Protective Covering Bags.
- Provide 24-hour emergency and express service by quick, seamless, and consistent response and communication with the customers where they are.
- Shipment Tracking.
- We provide one focal point to directly communicate with the customer for pick-up and delivery, where we will collect items from your home and return them on the next scheduled service day.
