They helped me out on a day when I had lost my credit card and was in danger of losing my head. They washed and folded my laundry more neatly than I ever have, and delivered it to my B&B for a small charge. Just good people doing good work.

Ahmed helped me get a stubborn stain off my T shirt, looks great now I was able worried because I couldn’t get it out myself. Great staff as well very friendly.

The manager and his staff gave me an enormous hand when I had a large load to be cleaned due to smoke contamination after a fire at my home. Their overall level of service, comprehension, flexibility, and empathy went above and beyond what one would usually expect. I’ll remain eternally grateful and continue using their service.

This place is absolutely magic, I’ve accidentally washed my designer silk shirt in the washing machine and completely shrinked it, I was sure it’s ruined. They arranged a free collection within a hour and completely restored the garment it looks brand new!! I can’t believe it! Fantastic communication with Ahmad on WhatsApp and decent price as well. Unfortunately our washing machine broke so I brought in 2 loads of washing to wash and dry. I was informed it would be ready 24 hrs later. I arrived a couple of hours after it was meant to be ready and it wasn’t, no big deal. I helped fold the washing and get it ready to go. Unfortunately when I returned home it was evident that at least one load either sat in a washing machine for an extended time or no detergent was used. It had the stalest smell which meant the clothes were unwearable. These all had to be rewashed before wearing. I did not realise in the store as I was rushing to get out. For £100 I am very disappointed in the service I received. I feel that amount of money warranted the use of some detergent at the very least.

While on vacation, wanted to get some laundry done. The staff seemed to know and charged me 50 pounds for a large load. Later i find out that the range should be between 10-40 pounds. My new clothes look beaten up, buttons on 2 of my shirts have come off. For the price that I paid, it was poor quality servicing.
